Using a site called Dunked I finally created an online portfolio with my work and details for contact.

However about 2/3 days working on the website when I was nearly done it showed this:
Which is extremely irritating as I was recommended this site through a friend, who doesn't have to pay, and it didn't mention anything about a trail and about future payment. I now can't even look at the website I had developed without paying. Looks like I will be starting again..
In response to this I have messaged them with my disappointment and there misleading and unmentioned trail period.
